Here you can learn more about our store and policies. We have selling antiques and collectibles on the Internet since 1998 and want you to feel confident doing business with us, so please do not hesitate to <a href="/contact">contact us</a> if you have any questions.

How long has Junksave been in business?

The Junksave.com website was created in 2014 but we have been selling antiques and collectibles online since 1998. Our eBay account page shows this history including nearly 1000 feedback ratings and 100% customer satisfaction.

What sorts of items do you sell?

Junksave has expertise in dealing many types of treasures, with a special emphasis on vintage electronics and gadgets. We also love books, music, paintings, posters, coins, jewelry, toys, and much more. Every treasure is a new adventure!

Where are you located?

We are located in the East Bay Area near San Francisco. All items ship from there.

Do the photos represent the exact item being purchased?

Yes! We take pride in providing accurate photos of the exact items you will receive. The only exception to this is when have multiple quantities of new condition (dead stock) items, and the item description should indicate this.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept payments through Paypal, where you can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or e-check. In the near future we will be adding more payment options.

Can I shop using a mobile or tablet device?

Yes, Junksave was designed from the ground up to work with mobile phones and tablet computers. Try it out! If you have any shopping or ordering issues please report them to us.

Do you provide order status and delivery tracking?

After completing your order, you will be emailed instructions on how to login to Junksave to check the status of your orders. Creating that account here is totally optional, as you will still receive your order updates via email.

Will I have to pay any additional sales tax?

No, you will not be charged any additional sales tax.

What shipping methods are available?

Junksave currently uses only US Postal Service (USPS) for shipping. Most items will ship via Priority Mail. Very small items only a few ounces in weight, may ship First Class Mail. Very heavy items containing media such as books, magazines, and music will ship via Media Mail.

When will in-stock items ship?

Our inventory system is up-to-date and accurate. All in-stock items ship within 2 business days.

What countries do you ship to?

Junksave.com is a shiny new website, and right now unfortunately we are only set up for domestic US orders. In the very near future we will be going international! If you are dying to purchase one of our rare items and you don't live in the US, please get in touch and we will try our best to custom expedite your order.

Do you accept returns?

Our items are guaranteed to be authentic and as described. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us with details so we can get the item returned and refunded. If you have caused damage to the item, we will not be able to refund you the full amount and must take the damage into consideration.

When can I return an item?

You have 15 days in which to evaluate your purchase for a full refund.

Who pays for the return shipping?

We do not charge a re-stocking fee but in most cases you, the buyer, is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. If considering the purchase of a large/heavy item please keep this in mind when making your decision. However if it is clear that Junksave made a mistake in the listing, photography, description, or packing, then we will also refund the return shipping! We reserve the right to examine this on a case-by-case basis.

Is my payment transaction safe?

Payment transactions are handled by PayPal and they are one of the most trusted ways to shop on the Internet. Junksave never sees or stores any of your payment information such as credit card and bank account numbers. 

Will you ever share my contact or ordering information?

Junksave will never, ever share your personal information or shopping history to any third parties. We are technology professionals who stand against such actions, and take privacy seriously.

Why do I see ADs on some pages?

The items that have been sold will remain on Junksave.com, and only those items will be shown with advertisements. The month, year, and price of sale will be available for those visitors who wish to research past market valuation, as well as the description text and photography, which is all under the copyright of Junksave.com. The identities of the buyers of sold items will always remain private and never shared with any third party.
