Oil on canvas of a young girl, very alluring raw, outsider art piece with nice paint handling, made likely in the 1930's or 40's. Canvas nice and tight, in good condition, some corner wear and cracking at lower edge. Something like old turpentine spots on the back not visible from the front. Signed in the lower right corner, possibly says "M Eakins"? Looks like the canvas was painted on a different support and later stretched onto this one. Appears to be hand-gessoed on a thicker canvas, not a store bought one. Really vintage American outsider portrait.
