An extremely rare external parallel interface connection for vintage Apple IIc computers by Z.A.P. Logic Corp called Granny Smith (a nice Apple pun). Untested but appears to be in nice condition, label and case have a few scratches and the lid is very slightly bowed, the cable has a few smudge spots but the connections and pins look good. The interface features a 2-way switch for 7 or 8 bit processing. The port holes on the case look hand tooled! Clearly not many of these were made, from searching all I could see is that they advertised in the back pages of magazines like Mac World in the mid 1980s.
