Junk Worth Saving!

Description

Very rare late 1950s model Harmon Kardon amplifier receiver, the Sonnet model T230 with a beautiful copper interface design. Made in Westbury NY, this is one of their earliest products. The radio is working and it looks like it was well taken care of, and the 2 lights (left and right side) on the display are still even working. We only tested the AM radio as the FM radio requires an external antenna (the AM radio requires antenna too but the old trick of touching the connection with your finger causes the stations to come in!), please be advised this is a very fragile vintage piece of electronics hardware so it may stop working at any time, this item is recommended only for those who know how to tinker and fix these. Excellent condition top to bottom, really looks like a museum piece.
