Chouinard Climbing Equipment Catalog 1972 Rare Near Fine

1972 vintage Chouinard rock climbing mountaineering equipment catalog, staple bound around 60 pages. Condition is excellent, near fine. Very clean and flat, outer surfaces have some light storage/handling wear and a couple white spots on front cover (first photo see near top of mountain and at lower right). No handwriting anywhere, the only thing is there is a "4BZ x 100" stamped near the facsimile signatures, might give a clue as to previous ownership. Smell is neutral. For a staple-bound book with uncoated paper cover, the condition is amazing for its age would be tough to find better, doesn't seem that it was used or read much, and the original order form sheet is still present. Rare rock climbing "porn" book with lots of photos and some articles interspersed with the gear. An important early document from the "clean climbing" movement in California.
