New in box fish eye 35mm lens by Five Star, looks to be vintage 1980s. Made in Japan, model 67-12115. According to box "gives 130 degree angle of view on all 35mm cameras. Fits on front of standard lens with Accessory Size 52mm" (not sure if that accessory is included)
