Vintage rare HP calculator model 38E with original box, case, power adapter, paperwork, manual and 2 extra books! The box has some storage stains along the top right side and a repair receipt from 1979 affixed to the left side, but otherwise is a good box, one of the lid corners is split. As you can see from photos comes with all the original papers and reference card, not to mention the instructions manual and 2 rare additional pamphlet books each ~50 pages about financial/investment/statistics topics for this specific HP model 37E/38E. The calculator appears to be in very good condition from the front, but is not tested because in the battery compartment you can see the original rechargeable batteries have leaked. I cleaned off some corrosion and will leave the rest to the buyer, comes with all the battery insert parts. Also there is a crack near the battery door which causes the battery door not to stay in place very well. The original case is good condition as well as the power adapter. A rare original HP calculator setup, with some flaws but good for collection or display.
