Velvet Underground & Nico 45th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition CD Boxset, which is essentially a nice big hardcover book with 6 CDs sleeved in the back. Doesn't appear to have been handled or played very much, all is in great condition, there is one small mark on the cover near the Warhol banana, which is of course peelable, and someone dinged the top of banana peel (see photo to see these 2 minor damages).
