Amazing velvet painting of a kitty cat, and in amazing condition. Rare to fine a velvet house cat, most are of wild cats or kewpie cartoon cats. Circa 1970s, signed on front and frame stamped Mexico on the back. Velvet is tight, just a little dusty here and there. Frame in great shape. Meow.
