Lot of 14 back issues from the 1920s and 1930s of The Music Review which was the first magazine publication devoted entirely to music. These issues of La Revue Musicale were produced in Paris, France and is very difficult to find even one issue. Included here are some very early dates, and a couple are still in their original vellum wrappers! So the condition varies from good to very good to near fine on a couple. These are fairly clean overall, without water damage and without writing except most have a red star stamp on the covers and some old dealer prices in pencil. Most spines and edges are chipped from handling. Each one of these are packed full of amazing illustrations, beautiful art nouveau and art deco designs.
